A leading homeopathy drugs manufacturer headquartered in France wanted to start operations in India and Mumbai to be their head office. After multiple meetings we were selected for setting up their office because of our prior experience with and satisfactory services to multinationals.
All of its branch offices worldwide had to have similar, if not same, IT Systems and processes. While it seemed easy at the start, it turned out to be difficult because different product generations/designs are distributed in different parts (regions) of the world. Add to that the cultural, language and workstyle difference.
