Amore Jewels Pvt. Ltd is a diamond Jewelry manufacturing company located in in Mumbai and they have been availing our maintenance and support services for over a decade. Their back office works on certain files which are constantly being updated and the same files have to be referred to by the production department in real time. As long as both these departments were in same premises, life was good and comfortable.

They were to set up another manufacturing unit elsewhere in the city. However, the back office for the new production unit was going to be same as that of the first unit which was located elsewhere. It was a challenge for us, from IT point of view to help them produce in new facility without having to have another back office there.

Having looked at over all data loads which we knew a great deal already by virtue of being their IT Service providers, we suggested connectivity between these two offices thru VPN tunnels. On deployment, the solution worked perfectly with respect to speed and over all responsiveness. They have been using it now for 4 years without any modification. All the operations of US Consulate in Mumbai were to move from their office at Peddar Road to the new building being built at Banda Kurla Complex.
